    We have several shipping methods to offer below. Please check their delivery terms and proceed with the one that meets your requirements the most.
    We do not recommend inquiring the carrier to perform an unattended delivery to "front door" in your country in order to avoid package loss. In case of loss, the carrier will not take any responsibility.

    DHL Express

    Delivery Times and Coverage

    While DHL Express performs air priority service only, it usually takes about 5-10 business days to have your parcel delivered. Please be infomed some unexpected circumstances like Customs procedures, Japanese national holidays or natural disasters might affect on delivery.

    Package Size and Weight

    Depending on the country, package size and weight limitations may apply.

    Service Features

    • Door-to-door, customs-cleared service. Import tax/duty fee is to be paid separately (if available).
    • Hold at DHL Location
    • DHL Express has a liability limit for the parcels damaged or lost. Please refer to details by the link below:

    • Here is the fastest way to check the status of your shipment. No need to contact DHL Express or Croooober – online results give you real-time and detailed progress as your shipment speeds through the DHL network. The estimated delivery date is calculated when your shipment is tendered to DHL and assumes no pick up, transport, regulatory clearance or delivery delays.

    FedEx

    Delivery Times and Coverage

    It usually takes about 7-10 business days to have your parcel delivered, but may vary per country. Please be informed the circumstances like Customs procedures, Japanese national holidays or natural disasters might effect on delivery.

    Depending on the country, package size and weight limitations may apply.

    Service Features

    • Door-to-door, customs-cleared service. Import tax/duty fee is to be paid separately (if available).
    • FedEx International Broker Select®
    • Hold at FedEx Location
    • If the parcel is damaged or partly missing, FedEx compensation limited to 12,500 JPY which is included free of charge. It is possible to upgrade the claim amount by paying 140 yen for every additional 12,500 JPY, but up to the maximum compensation amount at 5,000,000 JPY
    • Online tracking that gives you access to round-the-clock shipment status and automatically updates you and the consignee by e-mail

    EMS

    Delivery Times and Coverage

    EMS usually arranges delivery within 7-10 business days, but may vary per country. Please be informed the circumstances like Customs procedures, Japanese national holidays or natural disasters might effect on delivery.

    Package Size and Weight

    • Maximum weight per package for most countries is 30 kg
    • Each package size must not exceed 150 cm in length and total of 300 cm in length and girth combined.
      * Depending on destination country, the maximum weight and package size limit may vary.

    Service Features

    • Door-to-door, customs-cleared service. Import tax/duty fee is to be paid separately (if available). Depending on some countries it might be necessary to pick up the parcel from the local post office. We stronly recommend you to keep tracking and contact your local post office or Croooober Customer Support for more details
    • Hold at local post office for 7 days and return back if not claimed
    • If parcel is damaged or missing, EMS compensation limited to 20,000 JPY is free of charge. It is possible to upgrade the claim amount of by paying 50 JPY for each 20,000 JPY. The maximum limit on the compensation to be paid is 2,000,000 JPY
    • Online tracking that gives you access to round-the-clock shipment status and automatically updates you and the consignee by e-mail
    • Depending on some countries, it might be necessary to pick up the parcel from local currier company office

    SAL

    Delivery Times and Coverage

    While the SAL shipping method is a bit cheaper that EMS, delivery time usually takes a bit longer (about a month) and we would like to make special note there is no tracking service coverage for some countries even if the tracking information is available. For South-East Asian countries delivery may take up to 2 months without tracking update service. We strongly recommend to consider before you choose this shipping method.

    • Maximum weight per package for most countries is 30 kg
    • Each package size must not exceed 150 cm in length and total of 300 cm in length and girth combined.
      * Depending on destination country, the maximum weight and package size limit may vary.

    Service Features

    • This is a service where international parcel is handled as surface parcel in both Japan and destination country, and as airmail between the two countries
    • There is no free insurance for SAL shipping method. It is necessary to check its availability for your country and purchase it additionally
    • Tracking service may be not available for some counties.

    Surface

    Delivery Times and Coverage

    Surface is the delivery method being arranged by sea and taking the longest time. Depending on the country it may take from 1,5 and up to 4 months. Please be informed tracking information is not being updated when the parcel on the ship in the sea.

    • Maximum weight per package for most countries is 30 kg.
    • Each package size must not exceed 150 cm in length and total of 300 cm in length and girth combined.
      * Depending on destination country, the maximum weight and package size limit may vary.

    Service Features

    • There is no free insurance for Surface shipping method.It is necessary to check its availability for your country and purchase it separately.Additional insurance for some countries is not available.
    • Tracking service is not served for most countries.
    • In case of delivery delay, damage or even parcel loss, neither Croooober nor the shipping company is responsible.
    • Not recommended for high valued or fragile goods.
